Back to top Who is Brad Jesness?
I don't even think Brad knows the answer to this question. From observable behavior, his delusions, and the degree of his obsession over me, who he thinks is one Taylor Jimenez who resides in Grover Beach, CA, he is in need of psychiatric treatment. The irony to this is he also claimed to be a licenced psychologist. When you see postings from him, it helps to understand that his accusations are really confessions of the same behavior either currently, or in the past.
Other links referencing Brad Jesness are as follows:
The basis of his stalking of me since June, 2005 is that he thinks I'm Taylor Jimenez, and ironicly, I will let his evidence be a testimony for my defense. Note how loose the links are, and how irrelevent the links are. For example, we both seem to like KFI AM 640. That means it's a good radio station. We both knew retired colonels? I honestly don't know what rank my ex-father-in-law was when he retired. Brad could be right on this point, but then again, how many retired colonels are there? My favorite argument over his evidence is the Jeep. I looked at a jeep once, and Taylor may actually own one, so therefore we're the same person. Laughable at best, but none of his evidence has any tangible value, other than to drown the reader in gibberish. On a lighter note, he also seems to think we're the same people because we were alledged to have graduated some college the same year. Wouldn't that prove we were DIFFERENT people? These are some of the wonderful delusions Brad has. There are many more, and none are worth any further defense. He will continue to attempt to harrass me until his delusion cracks or until he is ultimately hospitalized and gets his meds stablized.
Back to top Were these documents forged? Let's find out.

Image 1 - Brad_Jesness.gif

Image 2 - Brad_Jesness2.gif
To explain the following image, First, both images were converted to line art black & white, and from there, one was made a negative. The histogram was adjusted in order not to lose the signature in both images, and after that, the images were converted to black & white.
This made it possible to overlay one image over the other, thus showing all differences in the document. All differences then show up as white, and all common areas show up dark, except for areas where there is no data to work from. Here is the result.

The basis of his letter is Brad_Jesness.doc, which has no protection against editing. For example, insane.doc shows just how easy it was to forge a document just as Brad did. By setting the system date/time appropriately, it is also obvious that the document is easily manipulatable. The existance of Document 1 and 2 proves just that. As for dates and times, here's something interesting to note about the properties of the document.

Note the date the document was last printed. This particular point should provide a clue as to when the document was actually written.
Very little difference exists between the documents, including the alledged signature. Also obvious is that if there was an actual letter sent to Brad Jesness, the actual content filled the space between "This Letter" and "Sincerely yours". Sincerely yours, in a letter from the government? Given the obvious deception nothing can be assumed in any way as to the original content. Each image, by itself could be argued for its validity with no certainty established. The presence of the second document with remarkable similarities provides evidence of tampering with one or both documents. In terms of signatures, one obvious fact is no 2 signatures are identical, even if written by the same person. One line of text was added, moving the signature down which is why it took 2 overlays to show the modifications. But there's no surprise here. Brad Jesness was involved.
Here are other responses to his blatent forgery. Along with the comments regarding the article, you also see more "anonymous" posts, defending his forgery.
Back to top Do you own any domains named joejared.*?
No. Personally, I believe personal domain names are self-serving and ego driven. Both sides have wasted money. I also do not own bradjesness domains.
Back to top Did Brad Jesness Call me?
The answer is, probably. 20050825-tmobile.pdf shows a call from Brad's number, but there was also a spoofed number aledging to come from the CIA later that day. When I'm moved to the new location I will be scanning in the evidence from the phone bill. While someone could be spoofing Brad's number, Brad's own behavior would indicate he would stalk me through any means available.
Back to top How you can help
Do nothing. Don't respond to his delusional garbage, and most certainly, don't quote anything he has to say. The less visibility he has on the net, the higher the chance will be that he will actually seek help for his mental illness. No rational person believes anything he has to say, but responding to him gives him a presence on the internet. If you stop feeding him, he'll go away.
Alternatively, you could also let him know what you think by phone or mail.
